My cake is a cake made from glutinous rice flour containing green beans. It has a chewy and legit texture, is red in color, and is shaped like a small mound that resembles a tortoise shell. Ku Cake itself is believed to originate from Chinese with the original name Ang Ku Kue. This cake turns out to have its own philosophy. Ang means red and Ku means turtle, which symbolizes prosperity and happiness. Therefore, this cake is sold a lot before the Chinese New Year.
Not only in Indonesia, this cake has also been famous abroad. Westerners call this cake the name Red Turtoise Cake. Over time, this cake is not only red, but also has a green color. The contents have also been modified, not only green beans but also peanuts or potatoes.

Sticky rice flour - 250 grams
Thick coconut milk - 250 ml
Granulated sugar - 50 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red coloring - 1 tsp
Banana leaves - to taste
STUFFING:
Green beans without the skin, soak 1 hour - 200 grams
Medium coconut milk - 100 ml
Granulated sugar - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Liquid vanilla - 1/2 tsp
Pandan leaves, conclude - 1 piece
HOW TO MAKE A CONTENT
1. Drain the green beans that have been soaked. Steam until cooked then puree
2. In the pan, add the green beans with coconut milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and pandan leaves. Cook on low heat while continuing to stir, until the dough solidifies and can already be scavenged / formed. Turn off the heat and set aside.

HOW TO MAKE SKIN
1. In a pan, boil coconut milk over medium heat while continuing to stir. Turn off the heat and set aside.
2. In a container, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
3. Pour hot / warm coconut milk little by little while stirring using a spoon.
4. Enter the coloring agent. Knead the dough until it is smooth, non-sticky, and can be shaped.

SETTLEMENT
1. Take 2 tablespoons of skin mixture. Press it using your palm.
2. Give as much as 1 teaspoon filling in the middle of the skin.
3. Round the dough then put it in my cake mold. Press and then remove my cake from the mold. Put my cake on a banana leaf. Repeat the steps above until all the dough is gone.
4. Steam my cake for 30 minutes until cooked. Lift.
5. Ready to be served.
